BREAKFAST & LUNCH INCLUDED BOTH ROUNDS

Format:    
This year’s event will comprise of four (4) nine hole formats.  The formats are as follows:

Front 9 on Saturday will be a 2-person Scramble                                        
Back 9 on Saturday will be Modified Alternate Shot
Front 9 Sunday will be 1 BB of 2 Net
Back 9 Sunday will be a Net Total Aggregate
Flights Champions will be determined by the team with the low total net score within each flight.

Tees:
All play will be from the Gray Tees.                                                                   
White Tee Rule – Any player with a combined age & handicap of 80 or more will be permitted to play from the White Tees.

Shootout Format:
All flight champions and runner-ups in each division will participate in the shootout.  

Overall Champion:
Four holes of modified alternate shot stroke play will be played among our six flight winners and six runner-ups.  The four holes being used will be #7, #8, #9 & #18.  Six teams eliminated on #7, three teams eliminated on #8, one team eliminated on #9, then the final team eliminated on #18.

Shootout Handicap:
40% of the combined team handicap will be used.  The lowest team handicap will then play to 0 and the remaining teams will receive the difference after each hole.  

Fescue Rule:                  
All tall fescue areas may be played as a lateral hazard if the ball is lost.  If the player finds their ball in the fescue area, they must play the ball.

Handicaps & Flights: Flights determined by team handicap index using either.  Flights will be determined by your lowest index in the past 12months.

Rule of 8:  If 2 players have a difference of more than 8 strokes then each players handicap is reduced another 10% as suggested by the USGA

OPEN PLAY: Open play is not allowed during Club Championships, Senior Club Championship and Member-Member Championship.
